The total timeline varies on many factors such as how long it takes to get the contract signed and selections made with our Design Coordinator. However, once construction starts, we have a goal to finish your project within 8-12 weeks.

How do I select all of my materials and do I have to buy them?
We have an in-house Design Coordinator to help you with all of your material selections making the process easy and fast!! We also provide 3D renderings before we start the project so you can see everything you’ve chosen before finalizing selections! And no! You do not have to buy your materials! We know the stress of managing shipping and delays so we take that stress off of you by ordering every item needed for your project.
If our project requires permits and inspections, will you obtain the permits and set up the inspections?
Absolutely! Part of why we do what we do is to take the stress off of your plate! Let us worry about the nitty gritty of your project so you can sit back and watch your dream space come to life!
What steps will you take to protect my property?
There are so many ways in which we protect your property! Every single one of our employees are trained to care for your home and how to protect your existing and new materials!!
- Our remediation department is trained for hours upon hours on the correct way to set up property protection to the highest standard on every job! From floor protection, to dust barriers, to protecting your furniture/appliances, we strive to make sure that your home is protected.
- Every job will have a portable toilet onsite. This is to ensure that your existing and new toilets are not being used by anyone but your family!
- Booties!! Every one of our tradesmen are trained and required to wear booties inside your home when not on the floor protection that we have laid.
- Not only do we care about keeping your spaces clean and damage free, but we also know that pets are family too and we want to make sure they stay in your home or yard! Our tradesmen are trained to keep every door/gate closed no matter how quickly they feel they will be outside to ensure none of your fur babies escape!
